There is a moment each autumn when the trees seem to surrender all at once. Leaves lift into the wind, catching the light as they tumble and turn, while the landscape below remains quietly rooted.
 
When the Leaves Let Go captures that fleeting moment from within it. Oversized leaves sweep across the foreground, some close enough to extend beyond the canvas, while others drift into the distance toward a quiet lake and glowing horizon. The changing scale creates the sensation of standing beneath the falling leaves rather than simply observing them from afar.
