5-21-21 More Surrender

It tells us in Proverbs that "a man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." This means we can set our 5, 10, and 15 year goals with meticulous action step timelines - the ultimately, we have no control over the outcome. We can prepare as best we can for all possibilities - but again, we are not the ones in control. Weather it's the proverbial "rain on your wedding day." or an unexpected illness...do we have the faith to surrender it all? I'll be honest - some days are easier than others when it comes to letting go and letting God!
