2-3-22. Listening to Your Body

Are we so busy "grinding" and trying to be like the rest of the world - that we've lost the ability to recognize when our own minds and bodies are crying out? Has our "hustle" drowned out God's voice and our gut instincts? It's time to stop the madness! We were never meant to live as some form of "permanently exhausted pigeon!" We were never supposed to ignore our pain - whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Pain is an indicator that we need to STOP PUSHING and pay attention to what our bodies need! Take time to just be... and listen to what your body and mind are trying to tell us!
